Dr Nancy Paquin

Veterinarian & Associate Owner

Cats-dogs and other small animals

Nancy first received her Animal Health Technician diploma from Vanier College in 2003. During her studies she worked as a small animal technician, and was inspired to further her education to become a veterinarian. In 2010 Dre. Paquin received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in St-Hyacinthe.

Dr. Paquin wears many hats including that of a teacher! In 2012 she began teaching future generations of animal health technicians at Vanier College including past and present employees of the Ormstown Veterinary Hospital. Dre. Paquin strives for greatness and puts a huge importance on continued education. She is Fear Free – Elite certified, RECOVER CPR certified, and completed a course in Low Stress Handling techniques.

Nancy is always on the run as a working mom of 2, that is if you do not count her dogs Derby and McFly, as well as her cat Jacob. In her spare time she loves to run, hike, go camping and play sports.

Nancy is charming, empathetic and loves every patient. In the welcoming hands of Dre. Paquin, you will be safe and heard. If she calls your animal “chou fleur” or “belle fleur”, you should consider yourself lucky! Your animal has won her heart.
